Booking must be booked at least 7 days in advance with no exception.

We require 50% downpayment upon reservation to secure your slot.

The balance must be paid before the check-in time or upon your arival.

No early check-in.

Security deposit: ₱5000 (refundable upon check-out if no damages).

Non-refundable. No-shows will be forfeited.

Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

No diving.

No smoking inside rooms, KTV rooms, and pool area.

No vandalizing.

Mini jacuzzi blower available for 2 hours; ask staff for use.

Do not leave personal belongings unattended; management is not liable for loss or damage.

Children must be accompanied by an adult while swimming.

Management is not liable for accidents while using resort facilities.

Damages or loss of facilities/equipment during rental will be charged to the customer.

Additional fee: ₱350 per extra guest, ₱250 for gas stove.

Proper waste disposal required.

No loud music after 12 MN. Videoke use is prohibited; customers pay penalties for violations.

Resort rules may change without prior notice for safety and operational reasons.

₱3000 penalty for pool contamination (confetti, glitter, and balloons)
Ocular visits are always welcome any day from 12pm to 3pm
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Reservation Fee
The reservation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Rebooking
If you need to change your reservation, you must request a rebooking at least 15 days before your scheduled date.
Rescheduling Fee
A rescheduling fee of ₱2000 will apply to all rebookings.
Late Rebooking
Rebooking requests made less than 15 days before the reserved date will not be accommodated, and the reservation fee will be forfeited.
Cancellation
Cancellation on the day or before the booking day in non-refundable.
